Domestic Shipping
California Compounds currently ships within the United States.
Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been processed and shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Delays
California Compounds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
California Compounds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
Claims may require supporting documentation, including photographs of damaged packages or products.
