At California Compounds, customer satisfaction and product integrity are important to us. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally considered final.
Returns
California Compounds does not accept returns of opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.
For quality assurance and safety reasons, products cannot be returned once they have been shipped and received.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered at the sole discretion of California Compounds under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Verified fulfillment error
- Product damaged during transit
- Shipment lost by the carrier and confirmed through carrier investigation
Reporting Issues
Customers must report any order issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Delays
California Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Research Products
All products sold by California Compounds are intended for laboratory research purposes only. Products are sold as research materials and are not eligible for return based on research outcomes, expectations, or experimental results.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact California Compounds regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using available order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and transaction documentation.
