Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.
California Compounds does not accept returns of opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered solely at the discretion of California Compounds in the following situations:
- Incorrect item received
- Verified fulfillment error
- Product damaged during transit
- Shipment lost by the carrier and confirmed through carrier investigation
Customers must report any order issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
